ALLENTOWN, Pa. –\u00a0 Allentown police say a disturbance the happened Friday night at the McDonald’s on Union Boulevard has sent one person to the hospital.<\/p>\n

Officers were called to 1321 Union Boulevard for a report of shots fired at approximately 9:10p.m..<\/p>\n

One victim was located and received first aid before being taken to an area hospital. He is expected to survive.<\/p>\n

A firearm used in the incident has been recovered.<\/p>\n

Police say there is no threat to the community.<\/p>\n

The Allentown Police Department is asking anyone with information to call Detectives at 610-437- 7721, or the Police Desk at 610-437-7753 (ext. 1). Additionally, anonymous text tips can be sent via the Tip411 App available on the Allentown Police Facebook Page<\/a>\u00a0or via the Allentown Police Department website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
