LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) \u2014 A 36-year-old man was arrested after police said he struck a juvenile several times in the face during an incident earlier this month. <\/p>\n
Ruben Lubo, of Adamstown, allegedly struck the victim at least three times, causing swelling and redness to their face area.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on May 3 at Adamstown Park, police said.<\/p>\n
The victim and their parent declined medical treatment, according to police. Lubo was arrested the same night and released on bail the following day.<\/p>\n
Lubo is charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.
