A familiar face to viewers across Northwestern Pennsylvania, Tom brings nearly four decades of forecasting experience in Erie and the Great Lakes region. A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Meteorology, Tom has spent his career serving the community through accurate forecasting, severe weather coverage, education, and public service.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Tom\u2019s deep roots in Erie make this announcement especially meaningful. Over the years, he has become known not only for dependable forecasting during lake effect snowstorms and severe weather events, but also for his commitment to the community outside the weather center. His volunteer work has included organizations supporting autism awareness, environmental education, blood drives, countless visits to area schools and local charitable efforts throughout the Erie area.\u00a0<\/p>\n
