The SPCA said it was notified about the incident on April 16 and executed a search warrant at the woman\u2019s home the following day while looking for evidence.<\/p>\n

A neighbor who recorded the video said he has been feeding the neighborhood cats for about 15 years. He said he believed the woman tried to poison the cats earlier that same day.<\/p>\n

The Pennsylvania SPCA said investigators are still waiting for lab results to determine whether the substance poured onto the food was toxic. If it was, the woman could face animal cruelty charges.<\/p>\n
