Washington Center Gymnasium in Erie.<\/p>\n<p>This new program had been launched in January through the Diverse Erie grant and has been connecting residents with various resources and opportunities in efforts to improve health and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>The discovery sessions are an open opportunity for individuals to learn more, get involved, and take the first step toward lasting lifestyle change.
