According to police, the incident happened at about 11:47 a.m. near the intersection of 5th Street and Olney Avenue. <\/p>\n
The teen, officials said, has been taken to a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n
However, the boy’s condition was not immediately known.<\/p>\n
Police did not immediately provide the child’s exact age, have not announced any arrests, and have not detailed a motive in this incident. <\/p>\n
