{"id":199118,"date":"2026-05-21T18:59:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T18:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/199118\/"},"modified":"2026-05-21T18:59:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T18:59:08","slug":"power-outage-at-penn-valley-elementary-school-fixed-officials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/199118\/","title":{"rendered":"Power Outage At Penn Valley Elementary School Fixed: Officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NARBERTH, PA \u2014 Power has been restored after Penn Valley Elementary School began Thursday with an outage, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>At around 7 a.m., the Lower Merion School District announced that an outage was impacting Penn Valley Elementary in Narberth.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PECO is on the way and anticipates power will be restored this morning,&#8221; the district said. &#8220;The building temperature is comfortable, and basic systems are functioning on backup power; therefore, the plan is for students to have a regular school day. Transportation is running and students should plan to arrive at school at usual.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Power was restored about an hour later.
