Bethlehem United Methodist Church will hold its annual Memorial Day service Sunday, May 24 at 3 p.m. in Arcola.<\/p>\n
Guest speaker will be Rev. Ray Gooch from Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.<\/p>\n
This special service is to remember those loved ones and family members who are now resting in the cemetery. There will be a special recognition of all those who have passed away since last year. The service also recognizes deceased Veterans, and flags are placed on their graves.<\/p>\n
The Memorial Day service is a special time when families who no longer live in the area come back and visit with current members and local visitors with strong ties to the church.<\/p>\n
The public is invited to attend.
