A batch of industrial buildings in Lehigh County purchased 2\u00bd years ago were sold again.<\/p>\n

Commercial real estate investment and development company Denholtz Properties sold 11 properties, eight in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, near Lehigh Valley International Airport, and three in Upper Macungie Township along Interstate 78.<\/p>\n

According to Lehigh County real estate records, the buyer was GKI II Lehigh Valley, a limited liability company based in New York.<\/p>\n

The total price was $61.5 million.<\/p>\n

The following properties were purchased:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hanover Township, Lehigh County: 2202 Hangar Place, 2201 Hangar Place, 764 Roble Road, 754 Roble Road, 974 Marcon Blvd., 964 Marcon Blvd., 954 Marcon Blvd. and 944 Marcon Blvd.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Upper Macungie Township: 7562 Penn Drive, 7355 William Ave. and 7277 William Ave.<\/p>\n

New Jersey-based Denholtz announced the purchase of the buildings<\/a> in January 2024.<\/p>\n

A group of eight warehouses in Hanover Township, Northampton County, that were also purchased in that deal still belonged to Denholtz, according to county property records.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A batch of industrial buildings in Lehigh County purchased 2\u00bd years ago were sold again.
