READING, Pa. – Court documents show a man waived his preliminary hearing on charges stemming from a crash that led to the deaths of two volunteer fire chiefs.<\/p>\n
Alexander Sepulveda Rivera was expected in court for a hearing today.<\/p>\n
His next court appearance is now planned for next month.<\/p>\n
Authorities say he was driving a car when he swerved off Route 222 in Richmond Township last month and hit an off-road vehicle being driven by two members of the Walnuttown Fire Company.<\/p>\n
