Bartender cleaned and sanitized equipment during inspection. Observed five gallon buckets that are made from a non-grade plastic being used to store food in the refrigerator in the cookline area. Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Observed clean food equipment and\/or utensils in the cookline area, stored in a manner that does not allow for draining and\/or air drying (wet nesting). Potential rodent harborage areas inside the food facility observed in the basement and kitchen area due to a build-up of boxes and old equipment. Food facility is reusing single-service items, such as salad dressing and sour cream containers for food storage, which is intended to be a single-service or single-use article. The handwash sink in the cookline area was blocked by jackets and boxes and not accessible at all times for employee use.
