Velocity Network (VNET) has announced a high-profile lineup of speakers for its seventh annual Tech Summit, including Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday, Erie Insurance CEO Tim NeCastro, and Huntress CEO Kyle Hanslovan.<\/p>\n
The event, set to take place Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, is the region\u2019s largest gathering focused on technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Organizers say the summit highlights VNET\u2019s growing role as a leader in these industries across northwest Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n
The summit will bring together business leaders, technology professionals, and students for a full day of networking and educational sessions centered on the future of AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.<\/p>\n
Attorney General Dave Sunday is scheduled to open the afternoon session, focusing on how evolving technology and cybersecurity threats are impacting individuals and businesses across Pennsylvania, along with efforts to address those challenges.<\/p>\n
The event will begin with a fireside chat featuring Erie Insurance President and CEO Tim NeCastro, who will discuss the company\u2019s experience following a recent cybersecurity incident and share insights on rebuilding trust and strengthening organizational response.<\/p>\n
Kyle Hanslovan, CEO and co-founder of Huntress, will serve as the keynote speaker, offering a global perspective on cybersecurity and the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence. Hanslovan leads a cybersecurity company that works with organizations across industries including healthcare, government, manufacturing, and education.<\/p>\n
