ESPN analyst Bill Barnwell\u00a0listed\u00a0the\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> in the \u201cShould definitely add players\u201d tier in his trade deadline preview,\u00a0the highest tier there was in terms of teams that should be most active ahead of Tuesday’s NFL trade deadline.<\/p>\n

Eagles\u2019 Bye Week Comes Before a Brutal November Stretch<\/p>\n

The 6-2 Eagles are on their bye week, as they prepare for a tough stretch of games with key matchups with the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, and the Chicago Bears in the month of November.<\/p>\n

Teams are making decisions on whether they want to make a play for the playoffs, push for a Super Bowl run, or fold their cards and live to fight another day.<\/p>\n

Barnwell said the Eagles are probably looking at adding depth on both sides of the line of scrimmage.<\/p>\n

I would be surprised if Roseman sprung a trade for a weekly starter anywhere else on the roster besides cornerback, but bringing in some big bodies up front who can fill in for a handful of snaps or a spot start here and there seems like a logical move.<\/p>\n

They have added some depth at edge rusher with Brandon Graham unretiring and Nolan Smith expected to return soon.\u00a0 They could use some depth on the offensive line, where they have struggled with injuries and inconsistency from the interior reserves.<\/p>\n

While the Eagles have a bye this week, the Cowboys play the lowly Cardinals this week, the banged-up Commanders host the Seahawks, and the Giants take on the 49ers, so the birds could generate more of a gap between them and their NFC East foes.<\/p>\n

Myles Garrett and Trey Hendrickson Linked to Philadelphia<\/p>\n

If the Eagles indeed are buyers, one name that popped up as a speculated trade target was Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett.<\/p>\n

Speaking on a Nashville radio station on Thursday, Robinson said: “The rumor going around \u2026 and I have not heard it out of the Eagles, but I\u2019ve heard it from a couple of other super high-ranking people in other teams that are clearly on the phones\u201d that the Eagles \u201care super hot after Myles Garrett.\u201d<\/p>\n

As far as compensation, Robinson says, \u201clike three first-round picks for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another name to keep an eye on if the Eagles want to swing big would be\u00a0Bengals edge rusher\u00a0Trey Hendrickson, who has been dealing with injuries the past few weeks.<\/p>\n

ESPN\u2019s Ben Solak also\u00a0mentioned Hendrickson as a trade target<\/a>\u00a0for Philadelphia.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati should unquestionably trade Hendrickson. This season is lost and he has only one season remaining on his deal. Getting multiple picks to retool their defense with talented youth is a better short- and long-term plan for the Bengals than extending the almost-31-year-old pass rusher who has dealt with\u00a0injuries<\/a>\u00a0this season.<\/p>\n

Solak mentions that additional pass-rush juice is a “must-find” if they want to make another Super Bowl run, and both guys mentioned would give the team that added juice.<\/p>\n

The NFL trade deadline is\u00a0Tuesday, November 4, with all deals needing to be submitted by 4:00 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
