Swinton is an experienced NFL coach with history on offense, defense, and special teams. He was most recently the interim special teams coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2025, where he worked alongside now-Steelers defensive coordinator Patrick Graham.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Crossman is now the Steelers\u2019 lone special teams coach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">With Swinton suddenly off of the Steelers staff, it remains unclear if the team will look to hire a replacement this late in the process.
