{"id":207134,"date":"2026-05-31T22:59:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T22:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/207134\/"},"modified":"2026-05-31T22:59:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T22:59:07","slug":"soldiers-kill-palestinian-man-near-bethlehem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/207134\/","title":{"rendered":"Soldiers Kill Palestinian Man Near Bethlehem |"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a Palestinian man on Sunday evening at the Etzion junction south of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health has confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry said it was officially informed by the Civil Affairs Authority of the killing of Amjad Jawad Abdul\u2011Fattah Natsha, 31, from Hebron in the southern West Bank, after Israeli forces opened fire on him at the heavily militarized junction.<\/p>\n<p>Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli forces immediately sealed off the area following the shooting, preventing access, and blocking movement.<\/p>\n<p>Israeli media outlets reported that Natsha was killed after allegedly injuring several Israelis in what they described as a \u201cramming attack\u201d at the Gush Etzion junction.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli outlet Ynet published images showing the man\u2019s vehicle severely damaged at the scene and quoted emergency teams from Magen David Adom as saying that a 17\u2011year\u2011old girl sustained serious injuries, while a 15\u2011year\u2011old girl was lightly wounded.<\/p>\n<p>Hours after killing the Palestinian, dozens of soldiers invaded and ransacked his home in Hebron city.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier on Sunday, <a href=\"https:\/\/imemc.org\/article\/israeli-forces-kill-a-palestinian-in-ar-ram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Emad Haroun Shtayyeh<\/a>, 26, from the village of Salem east of Nablus in the northern West Bank, died from wounds sustained when Israeli forces shot him near the illegal Annexation Wall in the town of Ar\u2011Ram Wall north of occupied Jerusalem.
