(ROBERT TOMKAVAGE\/STAFF PHOTO)<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from the first and second floors, and discovered fire on the first floor, Harvey added. The residents, who lived on the second floor, made it out safely.<\/p>\n<p>Crews had the fire under control in about half an hour, he said.
