The construction in the area started in September, was paused for the winter, and finished in May.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Residents who live and walk along the road told 28\/22 News they were frustrated as the project was underway, but kept reminding themselves that it was now the first completed project in the over $15,000,000 effort taking place across the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
