Betty Jean Rhines, 65 of Mckean, Pa, passed away on May 20, 2026 at her residence.<\/p>\n
She was born in Erie, Pa on January 24, 1961, daughter of the late Gerald L. and Shirley I. (Cochran) Phelps.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Betty leaves to cherish her memory, one son, James Rosenburg of Mckean, Pa along with three brothers and five sisters and several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n
In honoring her wishes, services will be private.<\/p>\n
Arrangements are being handled by Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pa 16503.<\/p>\n
