Totals from around the region"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A strong storm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2025\/10\/30\/allentown-weather-storm-how-much-rain-what-to-expect\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">dropped some much needed rain on the Lehigh Valley<\/a> on Thursday after weeks of mostly dry weather.<\/p>\n<p>Up to 3 inches of rain fell across the region, <a href=\"https:\/\/forecast.weather.gov\/product.php?site=NWS&amp;issuedby=PHI&amp;product=PNS&amp;format=CI&amp;version=1&amp;glossary=0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">according to National Weather Service data<\/a>.\u00a0The highest total reported in Lehigh and Northampton counties was in Bethlehem, which had just under 2 inches of rain, according to the weather service.<\/p>\n<p>Areas to the north and south saw even higher amounts.
