SO UNTIL THEN, OUTDOOR PLANS ARE GOOD, TEMPERATURES ARE SITTING ALREADY IN THE LOW TO MID 70S ACROSS WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA, 74 RIGHT NOW IN BUTLER, FRANKLIN AND CLARION, 73 IN WASHINGTON, AND WAYNESBURG, 71 FOR MONROEVILLE, UNIONTOWN AND MORGANTOWN, KITTANNING AND INDIANA, SETTLING IN AT 7580 IS WHERE WE WILL FINISH TODAY UNDER AMPLE SUNSHINE 85.
