SO UNTIL THEN, OUTDOOR PLANS ARE GOOD, TEMPERATURES ARE SITTING ALREADY IN THE LOW TO MID 70S ACROSS WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA, 74 RIGHT NOW IN BUTLER, FRANKLIN AND CLARION, 73 IN WASHINGTON, AND WAYNESBURG, 71 FOR MONROEVILLE, UNIONTOWN AND MORGANTOWN, KITTANNING AND INDIANA, SETTLING IN AT 7580 IS WHERE WE WILL FINISH TODAY UNDER AMPLE SUNSHINE 85. TOMORROW WE\u2019LL ADD A FEW CLOUDS BACK. WE START SLOWLY RAMPING UP THE HUMIDITY AND REALLY FEEL THE HUMIDITY AS WE GET TO FRIDAY. WE\u2019RE STARTING AT 60 AND WE WILL FINISH AT 87 ON FRIDAY. Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said flames were coming from a third-floor bedroom when firefighters arrived in the 3300 block of Webster Avenue at about 7 a.m. The fire spread to the third floor of a neighboring home.<\/p>\n

Public safety officials said everyone got out safely, and the fire was brought under control by about 7:30 a.m. One firefighter was taken to the hospital with a minor knee injury.<\/p>\n

The American Red Cross responded to help the displaced families.<\/p>\n
