(WHTM) \u2014 It\u2019s a caucus at the Capitol that meets just one day a year, and everybody is dressed for success.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">This is the annual Seersucker Caucus. Eddie Day Pashinski (D-Luzerne) has been the main organizer for years, but he is retiring, and this was his last seersucker soiree.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cIt brings House members, Senate members, Democrat, Republican, it brings the staff together. We also invite the lobbyists. It\u2019s everyone that\u2019s involved in the operation of Pennsylvania state government.
