Once again, political opportunist Paige Cognetti is shamelessly abandoning Scranton and jetting off to another city as part of her vanity congressional run. This week, Scranton\u2019s absentee mayor will be heading to Chicago (again) to schmooze with liberal elites while Scranton families suffer the effects of the Cognetti\u00a0crime wave<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cognetti\u2019s abandonment comes days after a constituent called her out for\u00a0leaving<\/a>\u00a0Scranton behind and mere months after she\u00a0ditched<\/a>\u00a0the city during a major snowstorm.<\/p>\n
