DAVID: AS THAT\u2019S HAPPENING, THE REAL-TIME CRIME CENTER SEES A VEHICLE DRIVE AWAY FROM THE SCENE ON SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS NEAR THE 3 RIVERS MANOR COMPLEX THEN, CALLS AND RADIO DISPATCHES START FLYING. >> THERE’S COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DETECTIVES, THE ZONE, EOC, INTELLIGENCE, THE REAL-TIME CRIME CENTER, OUR SUPERVISORS, KIND OF QB THAT WHOLE THING TO MAKE SURE THE PROPER PEOPLE ARE IN THE PROPER LOCATIONS. DAVID: POLICE QUICKLY FIND AND STOP THIS VEHICLE NEARBY. THEY DETAIN THEIR PERSON OF INTEREST, A WOMAN, JUST MINUTES AFTER THE SHOOTING TOOK PLACE.
