The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Oleksandr Zabrodin, 42, for assaulting a medic<\/p>\n
According to the report, a male, later identified as Zabrodin was seen stumbling in the middle of the road at the 100 block of Tomlinson Road in Huntingdon Valley on Thursday, October 24.\u00a0An investigation determined that he was under the influence of an unknown substance. <\/p>\n
Police said Zabrodin became uncooperative and required medical assistance after slumping. While in an ambulance, he broke free from his restraints and assaulted a medic with a closed fist while attempting to break their fingers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
