Non-powered boats must display one of the following: boat registration from any state; launching permit or mooring permit from Pennsylvania State Parks; or launch use permit from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. <\/p>\n<p>PHOTO: Jason Bugg<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t26 of 50\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Mooring spaces can be rented from April 1 to October 31.
