Police said a 21-year-old woman was walking near East 18th and Reed streets when a black Chevy sedan pulled up next to her.<\/p>\n<p><a data-ylk=\"slk:Community of Caring asks for Operation Water Drop donations;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aol.com\/news\/community-caring-asks-operation-water-183511945.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Community of Caring asks for Operation Water Drop donations\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The suspect, who police said was wearing a black jogging suit, jumped out of the car with a gun and stole about $100 from the woman.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Certainly, concerning you know this was 10, 11 o&#8217;clock in the morning on a Friday. Obviously, it&#8217;s very concerning to us. The major crimes team will be taking a look at this. Obviously, there was some confrontation between the victim and individuals in this vehicle, so we&#8217;ll be taking a look at that.
