{"id":2157,"date":"2025-10-15T17:57:20","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T17:57:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/2157\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T17:57:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T17:57:20","slug":"man-wanted-on-homicide-charges-caught-in-bensalem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/2157\/","title":{"rendered":"Man Wanted On Homicide Charges Caught In Bensalem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 A Trenton, N.J., man is in custody on murder charges after a traffic stop on Saturday, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Bensalem Police said that a police officer was on patrol Saturday in the area of 2700 Knights Road when he spotted a black Chevrolet Malibu with heavily tinted windows that violated the PA Vehicle Code. <\/p>\n<p>The police officer made a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the passenger was identified as Quamere Forney, 31, Laurel Place, Trenton, N.J. <\/p>\n<p>A check of the National Crime Information Center revealed that Forney had an active arrest warrant out of the Trenton Police Department for attempted homicide and related charges.<\/p>\n<p>Forney was taken into custody without incident, arraigned by District Justice Baranoski, and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility with no bail.
