A Greenfield Twp. man who followed another vehicle and threatened to kill the driver\u2019s son faces charges of making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, police said.<\/p>\n
At about 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Gregory Tropiak, 42, parked his vehicle on Hickory Ridge Road, waiting for Joseph Lapiers to drive past.<\/p>\n
Lapiers noticed Tropiak\u2019s parked vehicle as he approached it. When he passed the truck, the driver began following him, driving erratically, according to a criminal complaint.<\/p>\n
When Lapiers turned onto Route 247, Tropiak continued to follow him and began honking his horn.<\/p>\n
Lapiers pulled over and Tropiak began shouting, \u201cI know your kid is breaking into my garage. \u2026 I should\u2019ve killed him before. Next time, I will kill him.\u201d<\/p>\n
As Lapiers, fearful for the safety of his family, began driving away, Tropiak continued screaming at him.<\/p>\n
