The bash included more than 115 local businesses, artists, makers, wellness &amp; fitness providers and community groups.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bruno adds that the festival has something for everyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can go around to different vendors and sample wine and beer and cocktails, all locally made,\u201d she says. \u201cWe have a very large group of women vendors and artists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to its website, the festival hosts 97 booths, which include woman-owned vendors and community involvement opportunities. The festival also includes a farmers market, wine cave, craft cove, wellness circle and a stage with live music.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to introduce Pittsburgh to what these amazing women are doing. They could be small business owners, they could be artists, they could be musicians, they could be fitness or wellness instructors,\u201d Bruno says. \u201cWe have a real talent of women here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bruno said the message of the festival is twofold.<\/p>\n<p>On top of showcasing Pittsburgh women and what they are doing, the festival also aims at giving women an opportunity to network.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an opportunity to meet new women, make new friends, make new acquaintances, and make new business networking opportunities,\u201d she says. \u201cBut doing it in a really positive kind of upbeat vibe way where there is no pressure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While the Babesburgh Bash has passed, there are still opportunities to get involved. The group will host Music Bingo at East End Brewing Mt. Lebanon on June 24.
