LUIS MIRANDA RIVERA OF REDDING, FIRED A SINGLE SHOT AROUND 930 SATURDAY NIGHT IN THE AREA OF DANIEL BOONE ROAD NEAR BIRDSBORO. ANOTHER DRIVER TOLD POLICE MIRANDA RIVERA POINTED A GUN AT HIM WHILE PASSING HIM IN THE RIGHT LANE, AND MIRANDA RIVERA LATER ADMITTED FIRING THE WEAPON, CLAIMING HE AIMED AT THE GROUND. THOSE THREE CHILDREN WERE IN MIRANDA RIVERA\u2019S VEHICLE AT THE TIME. Police said Luis Miranda-Rivera of Reading fired a single shot around 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Daniel Boone Road near Birdsboro.  Another driver told police Miranda-Rivera pointed a gun at him while passing in the right lane. Miranda-Rivera later admitted to firing the weapon, claiming he aimed at the ground, police said.  Three children were in Miranda-Rivera&#8217;s vehicle at the time of the incident.
