Thousands have already bought tickets for his Latrobe stop on his 2026 farm tour.However, the venue he\u2019s playing in Unity Township is about to host its first concert ever.\u201cWe purchased this farm in 2022,\u201d said Aleisha Stas, manager of 1846 Farms. \u201cWe had no idea that this is what it would turn into.\u201dOriginally, the Stas family thought they would host smaller events on their preserved Unity Township farmland. \u201cWe just had an event center that we wanted to restore a barn that was built in 1846 and make it something beautiful for the community,\u201d Stas said. \u201cWe wanted to preserve Pennsylvania farmland. If you don\u2019t do something with a barn from 1846, it\u2019ll just deteriorate. We just wanted to make it into something that the community could come and enjoy.\u201dFor months, they have been renovating the barn and acres to make the space fit their vision. Then, they got a call.\u201cWe thought it was an April Fool\u2019s prank,\u201d Stas said. \u201cIt was around April 1st or 2nd, so we were like, there’s no way.\u201dMembers of Bryan\u2019s team were on the other end of the line asking if they could bring the musician’s farm tour back to Westmoreland County. The last time the tour was in western Pennsylvania was in Smithton in 2024. \u201cI never, in a million years, thought that we would have a major headliner basically coming to our backyard,\u201d Stas said. \u201cThe day that those tickets went on presale, we sold almost 12,000, which is what the original Plan A venue was supposed to hold.\u201dThat change of plans is forcing 1846 to make more room before the night of Sept. 17.\u201cWe have about 26 acres that need cleared, so that’s excavating with bulldozers, and there\u2019s a lot of work with that,” Stas said. “Then, we have to burn all of the brush that we’re piling up. And then, after that, it\u2019s planting and seeding.\u201dParking will be on the hillside at one end of Bell Memorial Church Road; the venue will be on the other side once it\u2019s leveled. The adjustments could lead to more than just one concert. \u201cWe get a lot of concerts in Pittsburgh, but out towards this way, we don\u2019t really get that, so it would be incredible if that could continue,” Stas said.The money made by 1846 during the concert will be donated back to efforts helping preserve American farmlands.\u201c(Luke Bryan) brings local publicity to the American farmer,\u201d Stas said. \u201cFarmers have made American history.
