{"id":218547,"date":"2026-06-13T21:21:53","date_gmt":"2026-06-13T21:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/218547\/"},"modified":"2026-06-13T21:21:53","modified_gmt":"2026-06-13T21:21:53","slug":"players-from-fairview-erie-dawson-and-beyond-made-chsaas-all-state-lists-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/218547\/","title":{"rendered":"Players from Fairview, Erie, Dawson and beyond made CHSAA&#8217;s all-state lists."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Twenty-one baseball players from the BoCoPreps.com area paved their ways onto CHSAA\u2019s all-state lists, which recognize the best players in Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>In Class 5A, Erie\u2019s right-handed pitcher\/infielder Maddox Burnett graced first team after he put together a 1.77 ERA, 7-2 record and struck out 105 batters, all while batting .551.<\/p>\n<p>Fairview\u2019s\u00a0Tanner Craytor, the Daily Camera player of the year, impressed at the plate with a .469 batting average and 11 home runs, five triples and 30 RBIs off of 38 hits. He was the lone representative on second team.<\/p>\n<p>Erie catcher\/right-handed pitcher Evan Dillinger; Broomfield\u2019s\u00a0Bryce Jackson, JR Ramsey,\u00a0JC Smith, James Varela; Boulder infielder\/right-handed pitcher Maks Matheson, left-handed pitcher\/outfielder Toby Schoenfeld, catcher\/outfielder\u00a0Sam Skubic, infielder\/right-handed pitcher\u00a0Finn Torvik and Fairview\u2019s\u00a0Jackson Wier all made honorable mention.<\/p>\n<p>In Class 4A, only Holy Family pitcher Austin Mireiter picked up a second-team nod after he accrued 93 strikeouts and a 2.14 ERA.<\/p>\n<p>Honorable mentions in that classification included Holy Family outfielder\/pitcher\u00a0Britain Fox, first baseman\u00a0Eddie Hill and\u00a0Mead\u2019s Isaac Lockwood.<\/p>\n<p>In Class 3A, Prospect Ridge shortstop Josiah Bote and\u00a0right-handed pitcher\/first baseman Austin Huffman picked up honorable mentions.<\/p>\n<p>Lyons shortstop\/pitcher Jake LaCrosse led the way in Class 2A with a first-team selection after leading his team with a .554 batting average, 1.01 ERA, 8-1 record and 124 strikeouts.
