A spokesperson for Pittsburgh Regional Transit confirmed to Pittsburgh&#8217;s Action News 4 that the west car of the Mon Incline became stuck halfway down the tracks around 2 p.m.We&#8217;re told at least 20 people were on board the west car at the time.Photos and video shared with Action News 4 showed multiple fire rescue trucks and police arriving at the scene. (Video above)It is unclear what caused the car to become stuck. PRT officials later issued a post on social media, saying that the Mon Incline is closed and that bus shuttles are now en route.
