It\u2019s the fact that there are weapons. We asked him if he felt the shooting would be a catalyst for further violence.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are looking at the results we\u2019ve seen throughout the last couple of weekends, and we are seeing that progress has been made, but we obviously have a long way to go,\u201d O\u2019Connor told Channel 11 in May.<\/a><\/p>\n Before that shooting in May, city leaders implemented a chaperone policy in Market Square.<\/a> That policy stated that from 3 p.m. to midnight Thursday through Sunday, anyone 18 and younger must be with someone 21 or older.<\/p>\n Pittsburgh introduces temporary chaperone policy for Market Square Pittsburgh is trying to keep unsupervised teens out of Market Square.
