{"id":220294,"date":"2026-06-16T10:21:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T10:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/220294\/"},"modified":"2026-06-16T10:21:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T10:21:09","slug":"2-charged-in-theft-at-bensalem-trucking-depot-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/220294\/","title":{"rendered":"2 Charged In Theft At Bensalem Trucking Depot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 Two men are in custody after they were charged with theft for breaking into a truck depot and stealing merchandise in some trailers, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Bensalem Police charged 43-year-old Anthony Michael Miller and 43-year-old Jacoby Crawford with theft and related offenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-subscribe\"><a href=\"https:\/\/patch.com\/pennsylvania\/bensalem\/subscribe?utm_source=amp&amp;utm_campaign=subscribe&amp;utm_medium=mobile&amp;utm_term=subscribe_in_article\" class=\"article-subscribe-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Subscribe<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last Monday, the Bensalem Township Police Department responded to Penn Jersey Trucking Depot at 2700 State Road for the report of a theft from a tractor-trailer. <\/p>\n<p>Police said the suspects broke into two tractor-trailers and removed multiple boxes of merchandise from one of the trailers. <\/p>\n<p>Video surveillance from the trucking depot captured the incident, and through the utilization of township Intersection Cameras and License Plate Readers (LPRs), police identified a gold-colored Chrysler Town &amp; Country displaying a paper tag.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, police were alerted by the LPR system that the suspect&#8217;s Chrysler had entered the township.
