An Allentown man with a history of throwing bodily fluid on unsuspecting women throughout the Lehigh Valley<\/a> pleaded guilty in Lehigh County Court on Tuesday and will be sentenced to five to 10 years in a state prison.<\/p>\n

Michael Kevin Morris, 70, pleaded guilty before Judge Robert L. Steinberg to indecent assault and failure to register as a sex offender. He will be formally sentenced in September following a hearing to determine if he meets the legal criteria to be labeled a sexually violent predator under Megan\u2019s Law.<\/p>\n

The charges Morris pleaded guilty to stem from a June 22, 2022, incident at an Allentown supermarket. According to District Attorney Gavin Holihan:<\/p>\n

Police were called to a supermarket located in the 600 block of N. 7th Street for a reported disturbance. At the store, police arrived and learned that a victim had been touched on the buttocks and had been sprayed with an unknown liquid.<\/p>\n

The victim told police that she realized she had been squirted with a substance and attempted to confront Morris. He fled before officers arrived.<\/p>\n

As part of the investigation, evidence was collected and video surveillance was reviewed. Detective Damian Murray immediately recognized Morris due to several prior incidents where Morris sprayed seminal fluid on female victims in public locations.<\/p>\n

Morris was arrested on July 7, 2022, and the fluid collected from the victim\u2019s pants tested positive for Morris\u2019 DNA.<\/p>\n

Morris was charged with indecent assault and released on bail. Subsequently, officers made several attempts to locate him. Morris was a sex offender and required to register his address with Pennsylvania State Police and failed to do so. He was arrested in Easton in May 2025, Holihan said.<\/p>\n

Morris has been repeatedly arrested for similar crimes since 1983. At a 2018 hearing that ended with him being sentenced to three to six years in a state prison, he apologized and said he could not explain his behavior. In those cases Morris threw bodily fluids on a woman taking a LANTA bus and another woman shopping at a grocery store on Stefko Boulevard in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n
