But for Alloyius McIlwaine, there&#8217;s no place like home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">McIlwaine, who was raised in North Philadelphia and now lives in West Philadelphia, has created hundreds of murals in the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">He was recently tapped to be the head artist in a project to celebrate a summer of celebrations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The mural, titled &#8216;Welcome to Philly,&#8217; is located at 10th Street and Market Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The city is expecting a historic year for tourism with the FIFA World Cup, the United States Semiquincentennial, and the MLB All-Star Game.
