In terms of the local real estate market as of mid-June, there are 778 active single-family, residential homes currently for sale in the City of Pittsburgh and 2,345 in Allegheny County. Median current home sale prices as of mid-June are $284,250 for the City of Pittsburgh and $310,000 for Allegheny County. We found approximately 41 homes for sale with pools in Allegheny County in the price range of $150,000-$750,000, and three in the City of Pittsburgh (explore two of them below).<\/p>\n
