She is currently employed at Alexander\u2019s Salon and Spa in Scranton.<\/p>\n<p>The prospective bridegroom is the son of Ralph and Jean Scartelli. Anthony is a graduate of Holy Cross High School and earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in business from Penn State University.
