According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, former Steelers<\/a> linebacker Jacoby Windmon, who recently played for the UFL’s Columbus Aviators, re-signed with Pittsburgh for what will be his third stint with the team.<\/p>\n Entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Steelers following the 2024 NFL Draft, Windmon was waived as part of final roster cuts but re-joined Pittsburgh’s practice squad.<\/p>\n The Carolina Panthers<\/a> signed Windmon off the Steelers’ practice squad during his rookie year. He was waived by the Panthers in August 2025 but signed with the Steelers for his second stint in October of that year.
