The East Lansdowne Police Department invites residents and community members to attend a free firearms safety class designed to promote responsible firearm ownership, safe storage practices, and firearm safety awareness within our homes and neighborhoods, the department said.<\/p>\n
It is Sunday, July 12, at noon at borough hall, 155 Lexington Ave.<\/p>\n
The program will be conducted by firearms instructor Chris Grant and feature keynote speaker Steven Lichtenstein, CEO and president of GPS Gun Range & Training Center in Yeadon, who will discuss the importance of firearms safety and community responsibility.<\/p>\n
