{"id":22540,"date":"2025-11-02T14:15:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-02T14:15:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/22540\/"},"modified":"2025-11-02T14:15:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T14:15:06","slug":"bowling-event-to-raise-funds-for-bensalem-college-scholarships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/22540\/","title":{"rendered":"Bowling Event To Raise Funds For Bensalem College Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 Bensalem Rotary is once again holding its annual bowling event to raise funds for high school students to attend college.<\/p>\n<p>Bensalem Rotary and Mud In My Cleats, along with former retired NFL players in the Philadelphia area, will hold the event to raise money for college scholarships in the area.<\/p>\n<p> The Philly Phanatic and the Philadelphia Phillies ball girls will be there, raising money with the Bensalem High School\u2019s Community Service. <\/p>\n<p>They will be selling raffle and 50\/50 tickets. Tickets are $30. If attendees don&#8217;t bowl, the event is free.<\/p>\n<p> Last year, the organizations doled out around $10,000 in scholarships.
