(WOLF)  \u2014  Motorists traveling on Interstate 380 in Lackawanna County should expect lane restrictions and closures later this week as PennDOT crews perform bridge, shoulder and joint repairs.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, work is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, and Thursday, June 25, between the Daleville\/Moscow interchange (Exit 19) and the Gouldsboro interchange (Exit 13).<\/p>\n<p>The repairs will require alternating closures and restrictions of both driving and passing lanes on Interstate 380 southbound from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.<\/p>\n<p>PennDOT said the work is part of ongoing maintenance efforts to improve roadway conditions and infrastructure along the corridor.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time, remain alert for changing traffic patterns and use caution while traveling through the work zone.<\/p>\n<p>All work is weather dependent and may be postponed or rescheduled if conditions warrant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LACKAWANNA CO.
