WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. \u2013 The Lehigh Valley\u2019s largest shopping mall is abuzz with activity as it prepares to welcome several new tenants in the coming months.<\/p>\n
The Lehigh Valley Mall, at MacArthur Road and Route 22 in Whitehall Township, is adding a Brazilian-American steakhouse, children\u2019s indoor playground and variety of new retail stores to its lineup.<\/p>\n

OFFLINE by Aerie<\/p>\n
OFFLINE by Aerie, an extension of the adjacent Aerie store, will hold a grand opening on Thursday, June 25, on the mall\u2019s upper level near the escalators.<\/p>\n
Aerie, a popular fashion retailer and sister brand to American Eagle, is expanding into the space previously occupied by Waikiki, a teen and women’s fashion retailer that recently moved to the upper-level spot that And Pose Selfie Salon vacated.<\/p>\n

Pop Mart<\/p>\n
On the mall\u2019s lower level, the first Lehigh Valley location of Pop Mart, a market-leading character-based entertainment company and a global champion of designer toy culture, is targeting a mid-September debut, Ansbach said.<\/p>\n
The new Pop Mart location will occupy an updated space that was previously home to Sugar Bear, a candy store now known as Sugar Dynasty, which relocated to a catty-corner space that most recently housed Francesca\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Also coming soon to the mall\u2019s lower level is a new location of Lucky Brand, offering men\u2019s and women\u2019s clothing and accessories.<\/p>\n
The new Lucky Brand store is expected to open in mid-August and will operate on the mall\u2019s lower level between Lovisa and Miniso, Ansbach said.<\/p>\n
Lucky Brand previously had a brick-and-mortar presence in the Lehigh Valley with a former Promenade Saucon Valley store, which closed in March 2025 after 18 years of business.<\/p>\n

The new facility will occupy an updated space that previously housed Star Park Indoor Playground & Party, another indoor children\u2019s playground that is transitioning to a larger location at the South Mall in Salisbury Township.<\/p>\n
Prior to Star Park, the space was home to a variety of retail tenants, including Track 23 and Modell\u2019s Sporting Goods.<\/p>\n
Topli Kids is a \u201cvibrant indoor family entertainment center designed for children under 10,\u201d according to an online description.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur playground features imaginative play structures including slides, ball pits, climbing areas, and interactive themed zones,\u201d the description continues. \u201cWe provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment where children can explore, play, and celebrate special moments while parents relax.\u201d<\/p>\n
Rowan<\/p>\n
A final tenant coming soon to the Lehigh Valley Mall is Rowan, offering ear piercing services and jewelry.<\/p>\n
The new Rowan location will operate at the mall\u2019s outdoor lifestyle center and will be the brand\u2019s first Lehigh Valley location.<\/p>\n
Piercings are only performed by licensed nurses, who recommend special aftercare solutions to \u201cheal happily,\u201d according to Rowan\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
Additionally, all earrings are hypoallergenic and feature premium metals only. Individuals can choose from a variety of 14-karat gold, 24-karat gold, sterling silver, titanium and platinum pieces.<\/p>\n
Rowan founder and CEO Louisa Schneider established the business in 2017 after becoming frustrated by the piercing options available to her own daughter at the time.<\/p>\n
\u201cPiercing parlors didn\u2019t feel safe enough,\u201d Schneider said in a statement on the business\u2019 website.<\/p>\n
\u201cPediatrician\u2019s offices didn\u2019t feel special enough. And the more I looked into the ear piercing industry as a whole, the more I realized how overlooked and outdated it really was \u2014 especially for something so meaningful. So I decided to change that. With a background in finance and a passion for building things that matter, I set out to reimagine ear piercing as both safe and celebratory. Nori Japan, a fast-casual eatery offering Japanese cuisine, opened in mid-May on the mall\u2019s lower level near the main entrance.<\/p>\n

Owner Qinzhi Chen and his team are serving up a full range of Japanese specialties, including teriyaki options freshly prepared in front of customers on a tepanyaki grill.<\/p>\n
Teriyaki selections, starting at $11.99 and served with choice of rice and mixed vegetables, include chicken, beef with mushroom, shrimp with mushroom, chicken and shrimp, beef and shrimp with mushroom and beef, chicken and shrimp.<\/p>\n
More than a half dozen ramen options (served with soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, ginger, bean sprouts and green onion) include popular picks such as chicken katsu, spicy miso, vegetarian, tonkotsu (ramen and thicky creamy pork broth with roast pork) and seafood (ramen in vegetable broth with jumbo shrimp and scallop).<\/p>\n
