No use in betting, games or single club\/league\/player publications.\"  \/>Elliot Anderson will be joining forces with Manchester City (Martin Rickett\/PA)<\/p>\n<p>There had been reports of a British record fee of \u00a3130million, but sources have indicated to PA that it would be a straight deal without bonuses that comes in under the \u00a3125m fee Liverpool paid Newcastle for Alexander Isak last summer.<\/p>\n<p>The midfielder is currently in Kansas City preparing for England\u2019s final World Cup group game against Panama in New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Anderson has reportedly been given permission to have a medical ahead of Saturday\u2019s game at MetLife Stadium. Editorial use only, no commercial use without prior consent from rights holder.\"  \/>Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis (Mike Egerton\/PA)<\/p>\n<p>Manchester United were interested as well as City, who have faced tough negotiations with Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis given the player\u2019s quality and the fact his City Ground deal ran until 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Tuchel described him as the \u201cfull package\u201d during the World Cup preparation camp and expressed confidence that City\u2019s interest would not distract him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a top player,\u201d the England boss said. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing more to say, he\u2019s the full package.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m happy that he\u2019s with us on that kind of level and he\u2019s a key player for us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked if he was aware of City\u2019s bid, the England boss said: \u201cNo comment! He seems not affected.
