{"id":229559,"date":"2026-06-27T10:35:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-27T10:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/229559\/"},"modified":"2026-06-27T10:35:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-27T10:35:15","slug":"reading-school-board-fires-teacher-busted-in-child-porn-case-berks-regional-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/229559\/","title":{"rendered":"Reading School Board fires teacher busted in child porn case | Berks Regional News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Reading School District teacher charged in a case of child pornography is now officially out of a job.<\/p>\n<p>The school board voted Wednesday night to approve the termination of Bradley Allen Greth, who had been a teacher at Southwest Middle School.<\/p>\n<p>Greth, 43, of Cumru Township, was suspended from his job after his arrest by Pennsylvania State Police in February on felony counts of sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility.<\/p>\n<p>Police said their undercover investigators found that Greth was actively sharing child pornography over the internet from his home computer.<\/p>\n<p>Greth is free on $20,000 unsecured bail.
