Now\u2019s a chance to nominate a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n<p>This is the 15th year The Morning Call will shine a spotlight on outstanding workplaces in the region, as viewed by workers. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to seek a Top Workplaces award. Companies will be honored in February.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can submit a nomination. The nomination deadline is Aug. 7. Participating employers can be public, private, nonprofit, a school or even a government agency. To nominate an em loyer or for more information on the awards, just go to <a href=\"http:\/\/mcall.com\/nominate\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mcall.com\/nominate<\/a>\u00a0or call (610) 628-0921.<\/p>\n<p>There is no cost to participate. To qualify as a Lehigh Valley Top Workplace, employees evaluate their workplace using a 26-question survey that takes just a few minutes to complete. Companies will be surveyed through mid-September.<\/p>\n<p>Energage, the Philadelphia-area research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 70 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEarning a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way,\u201d Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. \u201cTop Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, should be a point of immense pride.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For the 2026 awards, more than 1,500 organizations in the Lehigh Valley were invited to survey their employees.
