A 19-year-old Lackawanna County man was shot early Sunday morning in Archbald, according to Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian Gallagher.<\/p>\n
In a later statement, Lackawanna County Coroner Timothy D. Rowland said a \u201csuspicious death\u201d was being investigated and that a 19-year-old Lackawanna County man died at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton.<\/p>\n
Rowland said the victim was taken by emergency medical services to GCMC, where he died in the emergency department. The coroner said no further information would be available pending completion of the death investigation.<\/p>\n
Gallagher and Rowland\u2019s office are investigating, along with state police and the Archbald Police Department.<\/p>\n
