Firmly pack the inside with a block of Styrofoam to secure the materials. Cut your florals to about 8 to 10 inch stems (if your basket is smaller make the stems smaller). \u00a0Start the arrangement by inserting the large blue hydrangeas, then mix in the red roses or poppies, and follow with the white roses or peonies. Fill any gaps with assorted textured ferns so the arrangement looks festive and full.
